VERSE

Proverbs 27:18 - “The one who tends a fig tree will eat its fruit.”

Psalm 1:1-3 - “Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the seat of mockers. But their delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law they meditate day and night. They are like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season.”

MEDITATE

Let me tell you something.

You want to be successful? You want your life to mean something?

DO. THE. WORK.

Nobody in this world owes you NOTHING. Not the job. Not the opportunity. Not the break. You want it? YOU GOTTA EARN IT.

“Put God first.”

That’s non-negotiable. Without Him, you’re just spinning wheels. With Him? You got a DIRECTION.

And “do what you have to do, to do what you want to do.”

Right now, you might be doing things you DON’T want to do. Maybe you hate your job. Maybe you’re in school and it’s hard. Maybe you’re going through something.

DO IT ANYWAY. Grind now. REST later. That’s how you get to where you want to be.

And when you FAIL—and you WILL fail—FALL FORWARD.

Don’t fall back. Don’t give up. Fall FORWARD. Learn from it. Get up. Keep moving.

That’s what the fig tree does. It doesn’t produce fruit overnight. It TENDs to it. Every day. Show up. Do the work. Trust God with the harvest.
