Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control. — Proverbs 25:28

Gods Perspective
Self-control is the Spirit ruling over fleshly desires. Its not about white-knuckling through temptation, but about surrendering to the One who is stronger than any craving.
Biblical Example
Daniel in Babylon — refusing the kings food, not out of pride but out of devotion to God, maintaining his convictions in a culture of compromise.
Practical Application
- Identify your weakest areas
- Create boundaries before temptation hits
- Ask for accountability
- Replace bad habits with godly ones
